How to get the most volunteers Why are we here today? The PR team is here to provide tools and techniques that you can use to get enough volunteers to accept 100% of your cases and serve 100% of the children in your county.

How to get the most volunteers Icebreaker: Name What county are you from How many volunteers did you recruit last year? How many volunteers do you need to recruit this year to accept 100% of your cases?

How to get the most volunteers How are we doing? We trained 401 new volunteers statewide FY 07-08. We trained 473 new volunteers statewide FY 08-09. That's an average of 13 new volunteers per office.

How to get the most volunteers   Since June, we have distributed 400 new manuals.  At this pace, we would train 1200 new volunteers this year.
