Designated weekly half-day Key reminders Designated weekly half-day Every Thursday afternoon of the internship year (excluding the orientation module) is a designated half-day of non-placement time This weekly designated time is intended to be used to: (1) work on Research Module or other module activities, (2) attend education sessions organized by sites (when applicable), or (3) attend education sessions organized by the UBC Dietetics Program (when applicable) If there are no activities or project work planned on a particular Thursday, interns can use this time for self-directed learning
