Advanced Customer Merge (ACM) Features: Additional filters to find records Control accuracy by using a two stage process with separate access rights to each stage. Provisional Merge process - regular data entry users to suggest customers to be merged and submit them for approval to a supervisor. A Provisional Merge can be easily changed by removing or adding Customer records to the merge list. A Provisional Merge can be permanently merged by users who have been granted permission to do so.
