What Is Anxiety Anxiety is normal. Everyone experiences anxiety at times. For example, it is normal to feel anxious when on a rollercoaster, or before a job interview. Anxiety is not dangerous. Although anxiety may feel uncomfortable, it is not dangerous or harmful to you. Remember, all the sensations you feel when you are anxious are there to protect you from danger, not hurt you.

How It Can Abuse You Anxiety can abuse you by making you worry and anxious Sometimes you cant sleep due to your worries And you can get a strange feeling like something is going to happen to you

How To Overcome It There are many ways to overcome it such as: -Sleeping, Because when stressed you need to rest your body. -Go for a run, If you want to outrun anxiety go out for a run! -Talk to someone, Tell and family you’re feeling overwhelmed, and let them know how they can help you. -Talk to a physician or therapist for professional help.

Solution Here are some solutions that might help you: Get a massage- if you get a massage you feel relax and energized Meditation-If you want to calm yourself from stress and worries go out and meditate.

My Solution So my solution to conquer anxiety is to see a therapist or have a lot of sleep so that you can be calm when you wake up. My second solution is to eat healthy and at the right time. My last solution is to hang out with friends and family so that your accompanied by people you know and love.
