POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS TO REDUCE ANXIETY ® Aurorasa Coaching 2017 http://aurorasa-coaching.com

I am at peace... I am calm… I am focused… ® Aurorasa Coaching 2017 http://aurorasa-coaching.com

No matter how noisy the world gets, my mind is quite and I feel serene.

I live in the moment. I enjoy each moment I live in the moment. I enjoy each moment. I let go of any future concerns or worries. ® Aurorasa Coaching 2017 http://aurorasa-coaching.com

I flow with the changes in my life, I adapt and I heal. Everything will be all right. I am going to be all right.

When I feel anxious I... breathe... exercise... visualize a calm place... know that everything will be okay... stay focused on my tasks... remind myself that this feeling will pass...

Every morning I remind myself that today will be a great and peaceful day!

I am free from obsessing about the future and the anxiety it causes.

Anxiety is just a feeling. I am safe, and free to soar and overcome.

I have the power to replace negative anxious thoughts with positive calming ones. ® Aurorasa Coaching 2017 http://aurorasa-coaching.com

When I feel anxious, I take deep breaths and I feel better.

I have the power to calm myself, I am in control. My feelings of anxiety are just feelings, they are not a threat, and they will pass. I have the power to calm myself, I am in control.

I have the ability to handle any challenges, anxiety does not take over my life.

I love to exercise because it helps me manage my feelings of anxiety.

Every deep breath I take reduces my anxiety and panic.

I have a special calm place in my mind that I go to when I feel overwhelmed and anxious. ® Aurorasa Coaching 2017 http://aurorasa-coaching.com

I am armed with coping skills to help me deal with anxiety, I am strong and I heal myself. ® Aurorasa Coaching 2017 http://aurorasa-coaching.com

I replace every negative thought with a positive one.

Overcoming my feelings of anxiety makes me stronger.

I am fluid. I adapt. Anxiety cannot destroy me, it is just a feeling that I conquer. ® Aurorasa Coaching 2017 http://aurorasa-coaching.com
