About us – Who we are Audit and assurance services. Audit experience: Big 4 audit firm – audits of local and international clients in various sectors (financial services, manufacturing, insurance amongst others), both locally and abroad. Conducted tax audits and investigations whilst engaged with Maltese tax authorities (Inland Revenue Department – Tax Compliance Unit and International Tax Unit). Registered auditor : warrant number 11044.

Our services Accountancy services Work relates to a wide range of services from posting of day-to-day invoices, book-keeping, reconciliations and preparation of monthly or yearly management accounts or financial statements according to international and local standards. Tax and consultancy services We offer tax planning opportunities and tax advice and ensure compliance with local and international scene. We provide direct and indirect tax services (individual and company tax compliance, VAT compliance, tax grant and subsidy applications, provisional tax payments, application of tax refunds on behalf of shareholders). We deal with tax authorities and represent clients in any tax queries or investigations.

Our services Secretarial services We offer new company formations (advice on set up process, preparation of company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association, application of income tax, VAT and PE numbers and assist with the opening of bank accounts). We ensure timely submissions of annual statutory forms with relevant authorities and prepare and notify relevant authorities about any client corporate changes. Payroll services Payroll management is offered to clients through our in-house payroll software as follows: Keeping employee details, tax and national insurance information; Compute and prepare monthly wages and payslips; Provide employee vacation and sick leave balance; Preparation and submission of monthly and yearly reconciliations together with submission of employment tax to relevant authorities;

Our services Business advisory and management services Our services range from company restructuring, mergers, preparation of feasibility studies and cash flow forecasts, applications for bank finance for new or existing projects, to business valuations. Audit and assurance All audits are performed in accordance to statutory requirements (IFRS/GAPSE). As part of our audit process, we familiarize ourselves with the client’s environment whilst providing a risk-based approach audit. Company liquidations We provide company liquidation services in accordance to Companies Act requirements and other regulatory frameworks when a company ceases to exist .
