Action needs urine elimination was performed on clients who are not able to meet the needs of independent elimination of urine in the toilets. This do by using three ways of using the potty (reservoirs), catheters (tubes), and condoms.

3. Preparation a. Client preparation 1) Saying hello therapeutic. 2) Introduce yourself. 3) Explain to the client and family about the procedure and purpose of the action to be implemented. 4) The explanation given to understand the client / family.
