Step 1 On a Windows 7 computer, in order to run the DRU500 program you may need to release it in the firewall. Step 2 Once in the Control Panel, select “Windows Firewall.”

Step 3 Select, “Allow a program or feature through Windows Firewall.”

Step 4 From the menu, select dru500.exe

Step 5 After selecting the program, click “OK.”
