About Us Life Practice Counseling Group is a non-profit counseling agency offering affordable and low cost counseling to the Greater Sacramento, Folsom, Roseville, and Stockton areas! We now accept Healthnet Medi-Cal, Anthem Blue Cross Medi-Cal, Magellan, and Molina Healthcare insurance for the Sacramento Areas. We have a diverse staff of experienced and well-educated Therapists. We offer both Licensed Therapists and Therapists in Training that are supervised by a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker while they are collecting hours to obtain their license. We have two different sliding scales, one to see a Therapist in Training and one to see a Licensed Therapist. All are based on monthly income or your ability to pay. We currently have English speaking, Spanish speaking counselors, Punjabi speaking counselors, Hindi speaking counselors (not 100% fluent), and Mandarin Chinese speaking counselors.

Fees Our sliding Scale fees are based on your monthly income or your ability to pay. To see a Therapist in Training the average fee is $45 per session.
