OFFSHORE SERVICE DELIVERY MODEL Our offshore service model primarily comprise of a small onsite team consisting business analyst, engineering lead, integration engineer and a QA lead which is backed up by additional production, analysis and testing resources from our own premises in Jaipur, India. For this specific relationship scenario initially there will be no onsite team. The primary communication will be handled by the lead developer/project manager who will be responsible for requirement gathering as well as managing other resources of the team to ensure best productivity. As we will be following Agile development methodology initially daily SCRUM meetings will be arranged at a specific time convenient for the both to check progress of the day/previous day and to discuss on tasks to be executed next. Weekly report of resources utilization will be submitted by the end of the day Friday, every week. We are open to advice from client end to make necessary change in the service delivery model. ONSHORE SERVICE DELIVERY MODEL For onshore service delivery onsite team coordinates with client project management team directly and is responsible for production, testing, integration and deployment in association with any other additional resources provided by the client. The onshore team does not require day to day communication with our offshore team. However they do have access to all assets and advices whenever they need to increase their productivity or to face any challenge. A relationship manager will remain in communication with the client throughout the lifecycle of the relationship to gather general feedback over service quality, address any problem client may be having with the team or any individual resources deployed onsite and maintain billing related communication. All project related communications are carried out by project manager. This includes work planning, development and design tracking, and feedback management. All correspondence is carried out by emails, instant messengers, telephonic conversations and personal meetings. Reporting and Status Update The entire project is split into deliverables and the assigned manager explains the client show the development is going to be carried out. He also ensures what the client receives regular updates and when also reminds and discusses feedbacks. This allows transparency in project tracking and the clients have a clear vision of the whole project at every stage of development.
