Day Care Learning Objective/Aim: Understand research on Day Care. Be able to evaluate this research.

Day Care is needed by many of these women. What is Day Care? FACT: In a 2005 study, 70% of women with a child under the age of 1 year went out to work in the UK. Day Care is needed by many of these women. What is Day Care? Any form of childcare that is day time only and usually takes place outside the home. TASK Work in pairs. Carefully read all the studies on your sheet. Decide whether or not each study finds evidence of day care providing benefits or disadvantages. Cut each study out and stick it onto the correct side of your A3 page. Now label each study as concerning either........ A = Aggression Or P = Peer relations S = Sociability (in general)
