NATIONAL SMALL ARMS CENTER EME NATIONAL SMALL ARMS CENTER ORGANIZATION THE NATIONAL SMALL ARMS CENTER IS A VIRTUAL CENTER HEADQUARTERD AT THE US ARMY ARDEC, PICATINNY ARSENAL, NJ MEMBERSHIP IS OPEN TO ALL US MILITARY SERVICES AND FEDERAL AGENCIES CONSORTIUM OF ACADEMIA AND PRIVATE INDUSTRY WILL CONDUCT RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT FOR THE CENTER THE NATIONAL SMALL ARMS TECHNOLOGY CONSORTIUM IS A JOINT VENTURE REGISTERED WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION (FTC) MEMBERSHIP IS OPEN TO ALL QUALIFIED APPLICANTS, US AND FOREIGN
