York City Foundation Phase York City FC Academy U9 Festival Format York City Foundation Phase The festival will be an in/out of balance festival with each match following the format below: 1st third (7 minutes) 5 v 7 2nd third (7 minutes) 7 v 5 Final 3rd (7 minutes) 7 v 7 1 minute for the coach to organise players between each period of 7 minutes. Substitutions: Subs can only be made in the event of an injury, where the player can not carry on, outside of the 1 minute break between periods. 3 Points will be awarded for a win, 1 for a draw and 0 for a loss with a final and a 3rd/4th place playoff played after the three rounds of fixtures. Referees: Match Officials will be provided by North Riding FA
