Welcome to CACHE CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare & Education (Early Years Educator) (VRQ) By the end of this course you will: Gain the knowledge and experience which allows you to work with children from birth to 5 years.  Be able to access higher education or enter the workforce as an Early Years Educator. Have worked in several different placements. Have learnt how to effectively work as part of a team.

Expectations and workload Essay writing skills Good people skills; including being able to effectively communicate with others Ability to work with children Ability to work as part of a team Expectations and workload There are 15 units completed over the two years. The course is assessed by two professional practice portfolios in year 1 and 2, an Effective Practice Study and Extended Assessment (externally set, externally marked). You will be expected to complete 2 to 3 homework assignments per week You will need to be able to effectively manage your time to ensure all the criteria is met. You must act professionally and responsibly within placements
