Industry Sponsored Childcare When a company sponsors childcare for its employees.

Montessori School A mix of ages 3-6 Students choose from a variety of learning activities

Nanny Cares on a regular schedule for an extended period of time

Nursery/Preschool An educational establishment or learning space offering early childhood education to children between the ages of three and five

Residential Care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Typically for troubled children

Hourly Care Drop-in when needed

Private Childcare Independently owned childcare NOT sponsored by a business.

Other Extended Care (Relatives such as grandparents assist) Family Care (Immediate family such as siblings and parents) Extended Care (Relatives such as grandparents assist) Parent Cooperative Care (Families work together)

Non-Profit Childcare Volunteer-based in order to help low-income families.
