Finca La Malaha

Finca La Malaha Finca La Malaha is situated just outside of Santa Fe with direct access to the city of Granada. The finca consists of 252 hectares made up of 32 hectares of almond grove with 8,000 trees, 112 hectares of olive grove with 40,000 trees. 5,000 olive trees are 12-14 years old, 12,000 trees are 40 years old and 23,000 trees being planted at the moment.

In addition there is 8 hectares of pistachios with 1,600 trees. The rest of the land, 100 hectares, is planted with various cereals and has a project to plant more olives and almond trees. The finca has an abundance of water and a reservoir of 1,000,000 litres that is filled with authorized wells for supplies.

Accommodation There is a large house in excellent condition and has many bedrooms, reception rooms and a beautiful fully fitted kitchen. The house is set in formal gardens with large patio and summer kitchen, also a large heated swimming pool. There are wonderful views of the city of Granada and the Sierra Nevada mountains.

Location Finca la Malaha is situated a short distance from the town of Santa Fe with direct access to the city of Granada. Granada airport is reached in 20 minutes and within an hour and half are the airports of Malaga, Seville and Jerez de la Frontera. The ski resort of the Sierra Nevada and the coast at Almunecar are around one hour.
