BABIES FIRST TASTE The Hackney Children’s Centre Dietitians offer FREE sessions to learn more about introducing solids to your child. When should I introducing solid foods to my baby? What are the best first foods for my baby? What texture foods should I be offering? How much should they be eating? Why is introducing solid foods important? Are there any tips or tricks you can give me? No booking or referral required! Just turn up on the day. Sessions are 1 hour long with an extra half an hour for questions at the end.
