Introduction Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) PMKVY is the flagship scheme of the MSDE Objective of this Skill Certification Scheme is to enable a large number of Indian youth to take up industry-relevant skill training that will help them in securing a better livelihood. Scheme is Approved for 2016-2020 & is to benefit 10 Million Youth Budget Allocated – Rs. 12000 Crores NSDC is the Implementing Agency

Training Centre (TC) Accreditation & Affiliation TC has to apply for Accreditation & Affiliation through Mobile Application Annual Accreditation Fee Waiver for High Grade Centers * Physical Verification by Assessor Training Center deemed Not Ready will be given time to remove the deficiencies After Accreditation, Affiliation will be applied Job Role Wise to SSC Fee Type Amt. Time Annual Accreditation – (On Site Inspection) - (NSDC) 12000 Paid Upfront Per Job Role (NSDC) 1000 Annual Continuous Monitoring Fee (NSDC) 8000 After Accreditation Affiliation Per Job Role (SSC) 6000 * Based on Star Rating

Training Centre (TC) Accreditation & Affiliation Centre Accreditation Process Information About Conditon Infrastructure Student/Trainee Handbook Placement & Entrepreneurship Cell Aadhaar Enabled Biometric System In case a Training Centre doesn't have AEBAS, Conditional Accreditation may be awarded. However, the TC will need to get AEBAS installed within two months of Conditional Accreditation, else, Conditional Accreditation may be withdrawn Training of Trainers (ToT) In case Training Centre doesn't have a trainer certified , Conditional Accreditation may be awarded. However, Centre will need to comply with this indicator within Six months of Conditional Accreditation, else, Conditional Accreditation may be withdrawn. Type of Building Proximity to public transport system CCTV Cameras etc

Steps Raising Self-Assessment Request Review of the Self-Assessment Request by the Inspection Agency On-site Inspection of the Center by the Inspection Agency Opportunity to complete/correct the deficiencies post inspection Review by the concerned SSCs Final review and decision by Accreditation Committee (Special Cases)

Centre Prerequisite - Accreditation & Affiliation Training Centre (TC) needs to Online fill Centre Accreditation Application Form (CAAF) for all the Job Roles seeking Affiliation through Link (To be provided soon) TC would be able to upload geo-tagged/time stamped Data & Pictures TC must be ready with all the relevant documents (Name of TC, Building Plan, PAN Card, Rent/Lease Deed/Ownership, Society/Trust/Firm/Partnership Deed/Propritership Documents, Resume of Trainers, Qualification Certificates of Trainers) Pictures of Centre – Front View, Side View, Approach Road, Reception, Counseling, Placement Cell, Office, Library, Pantry, Classrooms, Labs, Washrooms, Equipments, Tools, Machinery TC needs to mark numbering on each Tool/Equipment/Machinery pertaining to each Job Role starting from 1 to N. Numbering must be clearly visible on the Pictures to be uploaded on CAAF
