Lighting technician Department: film and lighting specialist lighting companies job is moving from one section or department of the company to another, getting to know electrical maintenance, batteries, electronics and dimmers, as well as the electrical installation of the building. They help to organise the costume department, ordering supplies and assisting in setting up any workrooms needed for productions. They take artists' measurements, and may also help with making costumes, including pattern cutting, ageing and distressing, etc.

Health and safety advisor Department: health and safety Health and Safety Advisors or consultants give advice and guidance to help set up health and safety management systems, procedures and policies across the film industry. It is not the Advisors' role to manage health and safety systems within a film production. Their job is to make sure that the appropriate people on the production team have the right information and training to manage their own health and safety.
