Background Previously agreed WF in R4-1711618 with the following main agreements: Inter-band combinations that have IM2 are categorized difficult and inter-band combinations that have IM3 for L-L and H-H combinations are categorized difficult. Formula’s are used to define which channel combinations within difficult inter-band combinations are not affected by IM2 and IM3 Concurrent 2 UL is mandatory for these channel combinations In the next meeting, confirm that IMD impact to LTE secondary component carriers will not be considered For intra-band contiguous DC_71_n71 with 20 MHz maximum aggregated bandwidth, simultaneous 2 UL transmission is mandatory

Decide BW in the agreed formula Alternatives: Alt.1. spectrum holdings of a operator in a band Alt.2. aggregated UE channel bandwidth configured by the network Alt.3. transmission bandwidth Alt.3 with actual transmission bandwidth reflects the real situation from the interference perspective and how DL is impacted Concerns were raised that due to dynamic scheduling Alt.3 would set new implementation constraints to UE. However, the following should be noted: UE does not need to implement computation of diffucult allocation. NW will ensure that UE is always provided 1Tx transmission for difficult allocations if UE has indicated in the capability signalling that it needs 1Tx transmission for difficult combinations and allocations UE has to support changes between 1Tx and 2Tx transmissions based on scheduling information even for easy band combinations and easy allocations and the same mechanisms are followed for the cases that the UE needs 1Tx Additionally, the NW has an option to change the actual frequency domain RB allocations less frequently than allowed by signalling for dynamic scheduling.

Confirm: limiting impact to PCell RAN4#85 should confirm to limit impact on Pcell only
