Get out your notebook. We have a few notes before we get started. Just a few so don’t get too excited 

Color wheel- The spectrum bent in a circle

The colors are divided into warm and cool colors.

Cool colors are blue, green, and purple

Warm colors are Red, Orange, Yellow

Cool colors in general will appear to recede, where warm colors will appear to advance.

This theory is based upon that fact that the eye adjusts when focusing on colors of different wavelengths. Red light waves have a longer wavelength than blue ones.
