Slips, Trips And Falls Manufacturing Quiz

The risks from slips, trips and falls… Are minor — only clumsy people hurt themselves. Are rare — they only happen when it is icy, or when there are a large number of obstacles in walkways. Are facility’s problem — they are the ones who fix broken concrete and rugs that cause people to trip. Are frequent —  resulting in hundreds of injuries ranging from sprains to death. They are hazards we must all work to address. Answer: D
