What is a pipette? A pipette (or pipet) is a laboratory instrument used to transport a measured volume of liquid. هي أداة تستخدم لنقل حجم صغير مقاس من سائل في المختبر. Pipettes are commonly used in chemistry and molecular biology research as well as medical testing. وتستخدم هذه الأنواع في الكيمياء و الأحياءالجزيئية وكذلك الفحص الطبي. Pipettes can come in several different designs for various purposes as well as both manual and electronic types. تأتي الماصات الدقيقة في تصاميم مختلفة لأغراض مختلفة، وتوجد أنواع يدوية وإلكترونية. A pipette works by creating a vacuum above the liquid-handling chamber (tip) and selectively releasing the vacuum to draw and dispense liquid. تعمل الماصة الدقيقة عن طريق مبدأ عمل فراغ فوق غرفة معالجة السائل ، ثم إطلاقه .

Delivering the Sample KEEP the pipette VERTICAL at all times 2 7 8 STEP FIVE – depress the plunger slowly to the first stop, then continue to the second stop, this will evacuate the entire contents of the tip.
