The Setting They go to Paris, France in the maze of bones. They visit places like Notre Dame and Ile St Louis. These places are very beautiful sadly they did not hold any information about the search. This story happens in present day

Summary In The 39 Clues: The Maze of Bones, Amy and Dan go to their grandmother's funeral and are invited to the reading of her will. They find out that their grandmother set up a clue hunt around the world. They explore the Catacombs, Montramarte, and Ile St-Louis. Amy threatens to smash a lead to the second clue and the second clue. Amy, Dan and Nellie have to go in to the Metro tunnel. They have an exciting time in Paris.

Recommendation Book Level: 4.3 Points:7 I would highly recommend The Maze of Bones because it is a great mystery that lasts through the whole series. I will read every book in the series. I would choose this mystery series over any other mystery series.

Theme The author's message is the importance of teamwork. Dan and Amy are trying to be nice to each other, and they were helping each other to find the second clue. I learned that you would do better when working with someone.

Gate Icon Unanswered questions shows up a lot in this book. Here are a couple of their unanswered questions. Did Grace care about Amy and Dan? Are Amy and Dan fit enough to do the quest. The last one is, Are Amy and Dan getting inside information? Everybody in this book has an unanswered question, some last, some may not.
