Megan’s Pick-me-ups I like to eat chocolate when I’m moody. I also like to go for a walk downtown when I feel cooped up in my house. I like doing yoga when I feel restless, or especially nervous about something. I have to turn on music while I do it though. When I’m bored or I want to be distracted I watch TV to get my mind off of things. I also like looking at pictures of my nieces, they always cheep me up. Sometimes, however it has the opposite effect and I miss home.
