2018 COLA Request COLAs are effective the first full pay period of the new year. Paid on January 26, 2018. A 2% COLA has been requested in the Budget Committee’s and County Manager’s Budgets. Salary costs for 2018 are $20,200,000. Cost of a 2% COLA for 2018 is $404,000.
