Company employees are expected to use the Internet responsibly and productively. Access Karvy sites and any work related informative websites only Handle the computer with care. For any technical issues, reach technical support only Lock your computer when away Save your data appropriately Shut down your computer at the end of the day Installation of any software is prohibited. Personal mails and non-work related websites should not be accessed Do not make any technical changes on the computer Do not leave the computer unlocked Handle data with care to avoid loss Do not leave the computer turned ON after work Installation of any software is prohibited Posting or sending defamatory information is unacceptable

KNOW YOUR COMPANY Phone/Mobile Usage Phones /mobiles at your work place are for official purposes and need to be used effectively. Use the office phones for official purposes only or check with your supervisor Attend your personal calls sparingly. In case of emergency, walk out of the floor Handle official calls professionally without any personal conversations Handle sensitive & confidential information on any call with care. Ensure that your mobiles are silent on the floor Do not make any personal calls using the office phone/mobile Do not speak loudly on the floor Do not use any unprofessional language Do not handle your personal calls on floor Do not speak any official information when handling a personal call or vice versa Personal mobiles should not be on the ring mode

Avoid discussing official information in public. Avoiding disclosure of information to unauthorized persons. Clear the desk before leaving for the day Do not write your own passwords or login details and leave unattended Wear your ID card wherever you go. Lock your computer when you are moving away from the system.
