Identify the first WRMA item to be processed Using Handheld Device, select menu option 2 (RMA Ops) Select Menu Option 1 (Receive) If prompted, enter org code Scan WRMA number from the WRMA label Scan or enter the Oracle Item number for the item in question Scan the LPN barcode on the WRMA product Review this slide
