Complete the First Time Login to 787 SCMP through MAG

Log On to 787 SCMP for the ‘First Time’ through MAG The following items are covered in this training. • Access to 787 SCMP is now controlled by Exostar’s Managed Access Gateway (MAG). • Your new login credentials should have been sent to you by email. • You must complete the ‘first time login’ procedure in order to get started. This includes: > Entering the User ID and system-generated passwords sent by email > Creating your own password > Answering security questions (for future password reset process)

First Time Login – Email from Exostar You will receive an email from ‘Exostar Administrators’ The email contains your User ID and two passwords that are used for first time login

Use ‘My Exostar’ Website Go to www.myexostar.com Click on the ‘Exostar’ login button in the top right corner of the screen

Login Page for MAG On the MAG login page, click on the ‘First Time Login’ icon (you only need to do this the first time that you log in)

Fill In User ID and Passwords Enter the User ID, One Time Password and System-Generated Password from the email that you received. Click Continue

Enter a New Password Enter a new password – this will be your login password going forward Click Submit

Password Reset Questions Provide answers to four of the password reset questions. You will be asked to provide the same answers if you want to use the automated process to reset your password. Note: Answers are case sensitive if you have to provide them in the future. Click Submit – you will be redirected to a ‘Login Successful’ screen and then to the home tab in MAG.

Select ‘Supply Chain Platform – Boeing 787 SCMP’ Click on the ‘Open Application’ link for Supply Chain Platform – Boeing 787 SCMP. You will be redirected into the 787 SCMP application.

Perform Standard Login

Standard Login Process The daily management/standard login is covered in this section. Go to www.myexostar.com Click on the ‘Exostar’ login button in the top right corner of the screen

Login Page for MAG On the MAG login page, enter the user ID that you received in the welcome email, and the password that you created during the first time login process. Click Login. Note: If you forget your login ID or password, click on the links (E). See help file ‘Reset Your Password’.

Select ‘Supply Chain Platform – Boeing 787 SCMP’ Click on the ‘Open Application’ link for Supply Chain Platform – Boeing 787 SCMP. You will be redirected into the 787 SCMP application.
