Safety Culture on the Belarusian NPP Individuals commitment (I) The safety of nuclear power plants directly depends on the behavior and decisions of operational personnel, so at the stage of hiring everyone is tested in the State Security Committee. Also, operational personnel undergo specialized psycho-physiological computer testing that reflects the reaction and behavior of people when performing monotonous work. At the enterprise the organizational-administrative policy according to which departments heads provide performance of tasks in view and personnel management taking into account their individual qualities, qualification, quality of preparation and a level of knowledge is accepted.
