LIBRARY SITE PROPERTIES ARE OWNED BY THE NEEDHAM FAMILY PARTNERSHIP GENE NEEDHAM III IS A CITY COUNCIL MEMBER TRANSACTIONS WITH A COUNCIL MEMBER ARE NOT PROHIBITED HIS TERM WILL END JANUARY 1 HE WILL RECUSE HIMSELF FROM ALL COUNCIL DECISIONS INVOLVING HIS PROPERTY FULL DISCLOSURE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CITY LAND TRANSACTIONS

POSSIBLE LAND TRADE WITH THE NEEDHAM FAMILY PARTNERSHIP NO COMMITMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE BOTH THE CITY AND THE NEEDHAMS ARE IN A “DUE DILIGENCE” PHASE
