synopsis Digital watermarking technique is proposed for copyright protection for ownership identification of digital media such as audio, image, video or text A digital signature or digital watermark is embedded in the media such that it is perceptually undetectable It means that the normal visual of the host and watermarked image are same when it is seen by the user and it can’t be differentiated .
The applied technique is robust technique because the watermark never get changed even When the watermarked image is low pass filtered, compressed, processed, edited or converted digital to analog & analog to digital. When compared to other techniques the digital watermarking technique implements a more secured copyright protected system.

conclusion In this project we are proposed an adapative image watermarking algorithm .The experimental results show that proposed algorithm is robust to common image operations such as low-pass filtering and jpeg image compression.
