SWOT Analysis STRENGTH Providing full co-operation to students in online registration. Approaching schools/Colleges for Career Awareness Programmes. Appointed counsellors in rural areas to make awareness about the course. Students visiting the chapter office are being guided about the course, benefits of the course, career opportunities etc. We also have approached govt. schools to spread the awareness regarding the CS course.

SWOT Analysis Weakness We are approaching schools/colleges for Career Awareness Programmes but most of times schools/colleges are not allotting the time by making any excuses. Schools/colleges are also asking for the benefit of Schools/colleges if they allow us to organize the CAP. Kota is an educational hub but it is popular for Science students for Medical/Engineering. There are very few students are interested in commerce or management type courses. In kota it is also seen that there are not such industries who can provide the jobs. Also there is least chances to setup own practice. Students are not getting the proper training option in kota due to less industries and PCS.

SWOT Analysis Opportunities We are discussing with our Management committee members regarding organizing CAP in schools/Colleges. As they are local resident so, they may have good contact with schools/colleges. As any Science student may also go for the CS course, we may convince them to opt the same. We can conduct more CAP in rural areas to create awareness about the course. We can do on spot registration during career awareness programmes.

Strategies to Increase Registration Steps taken- Organizing career awareness programs. Distributing pamphlets in schools/colleges at the time of closing. Steps to be taken We may distribute pamphlets related to course by adding it in daily Newspaper. We may convey regarding the course by giving advertisement in Newspapers . We may share success story of members to students while conducting any career awareness programmes. We need to much focus on rural areas as there is lessa awareness about the course.
