Drivers License Review – Department I.D. Review Ensure the operators of your emergency vehicle are carrying a valid Washington State Drivers License. This task can be easily completed by the company officer. If your department has department ID cards or SCBA accountability cards, ensure your firefighters have these cards. Company Enrichment Firefighter 101: Perform the firefighter I skills Company enrichment is intended to develop skills for the firefighters, driver/operators, lieutenants, captains, battalion chiefs and any other person within your organization that may operate on an incident. Many times company enrichment is an article highlighting a “close-call” or an new technique to stretch hose.
