UNIT 2 Assignment 2 Чудо Печка (Chuda Pechka)

Physical resources Air conditioners Telephone Fire extinguisher Physical resource are those resources that are provided by a company for there customers n for the company as well to run the business. Physical resources used by the Chuda Pechka are: Air conditioners Telephone Fire extinguisher CCTV cameras Smoke detectors Cola and other fridges Table and chair Cash counter machine Credit card swipe machine Lights Shelves Charity boxes Coffee machine

Building and Facilities Any business need to have premises from where it can operate. Building plays an important role in the image of a business and can make potential customers want to work with the business even more. Facilities need to be maintained for the customers such as desk, table and chairs etc. Chuda Pechka has a single story building with all the facilities for their customers to avail. It has got a big kitchen where they prepare the products, there is also a room for the workers where they are allowed to rest in there break of shift times. The building has also got big parking space where the customers could easily park there transports safety.

Raw materials Raw materials that are needed by a business will very much depend on the type of operation it is running and the people working there. Chudo Pechka will need access to the following things. Wheat Flour Vegetable oil Banking soda Sugar Salt Instant yeast Bread improver & Vegetable Shortening etc.

Waste The waste that a business produce has to be taken away by another agency such as the private companies. The waste produced by Chudo Pechka is carried out in similar way a private company namely MOSCOW MUNICIPALITY comes to the bakery and carries away all there waste products Dust bins Recycling By this means Chudo Pechka makes good business sense to reduce the amount of waste as this cuts the waste disposal

Plants and Missionary Like building and materials, Chudo Pechka also requires the plants and missionary that they have to use in order to produce there product. Plants and missionary are the things without which running an organisation is impossible Spiral mixer Rotating rack oven Baking proofer ovens High speed mixer Miscellaneous bakery machinery Bowl hoist High speed bread slicer Dough molder Dough divider Flour shifter and elevator HCS multi desk Automatic shearer Mini oven Rotor oven Rounder Final proffer

Equipment Equipment is essential for a business to operate smoothly. For example without the food making tools it is impossible for Chudo Pechka to run. Equipment is critical for profit and non profit organisations alike. In order to run there business smoothly they use the following equipment Curved blade Curved plastic blade Straight plastic blade adjustable blade Lame holder Magnetic strip Broth forms Baguette pan French bread pan Bread stick baking pan Loaf pan pro Pizza peel Wooden rolling pins Nylon rolling pins Hand beater Mixing bowl Cake smother Ice cream scoops Serving trays

Equipment Nut chopper Cake and sandwich cutter set Alphabet cooking printer Cake decorating pen Cupcake corner Pocket pie crimper

Renovation Renovation is also very important for an organisation in order to keep their building safe incase if an organisation does not renovate there buildings the building will automatically start getting dirtier and weaker as well. Thus the organisation which I have choose does renovates there building in order to be safe. Things are repaired after a period of time for e.g. changing tiles and repainting etc. Chudo Pechka renovates their physical resources more often

Emergency Prohibitions The health and safety at work act 1974 requires organisation to draw up policies and provisions for what should happen in the event of an emergency within a building. The organisation must set emergency exists. Assembly points etc. in order to be safe in case of fire or any other hazard. Fire extinguisher Emergency exit doors Emergency stairs exit Assembly point

Insurance Insurance is done in order to protect the building. A fee is paid every month and then the protection is given to the business in the event that something happens to or within the building such as earthquakes, damage to equipment, collision by vehicles etc. Chudo Pechka have insurance for there building and employees as well. The point is: Employees must be covered with insurance so that in any case if the employee gets sick or injured he could easily get cured without any payment The bakery must also be covered under the insurance so that if the building gets cracks or gets down due to earthquake or other hazards the company would not face any lose and the building could rapidly and easily could get repaired under the insurance

Security Security is kept in order to keep the building secure even after the employees have gone back home. Chudo Pechka use security cameras and alarms which are linked to police stations. The bakery has just got CCTV camera’s for security issues. The camera’s are also used to watch the employee’s whether they are honestly working or not or whether they are have all the safety measures or not.
