Scope This presentation is to Share the outcomes of essential 10 Discuss learning and challenges

Stakeholders Emergency Services Staffordshire CCU Category 2 responders Community groups Local Government Local Business Citizens!

Communicating with Stakeholders So, what did we do? We made contact with our partners to explain what we were doing and what support we needed We used direct questioning to bottom out specific areas We asked the Civil Contingencies Unit (CCU) to produce and distribute a questionnaire based on the score card We met with internal teams to the local authority

Challenges and Reflection Not many actually!!

Outcomes 10.1.1 Plans in place for Incident response Incident Recovery Incident reflection Incident plan updating 10.1.2 Access to emergency telephone systems System to receive aid and donations 10.1.3 We Have hot debriefs Cold debriefs Involve the right people Update our planning

Summary So to summarise Essential 10 We have multi agency plans We review and test these plans We have activation protocols We debrief We update the plans and then start again We have the ability to host emergency help lines and we can take donations
