Here are the facts… Homeownership in America is at a 50 year low Of the past 8 major recessions in America, our country pulled out of 6 of those recessions due to a strong housing market Housing in this country is just now coming out of the worst recession since the Great Depression Here are the facts…

How the current proposed tax plan will affect home ownership Eliminates Mortgage Interest Deductions on all mortgages above $500,000 Changes exemption on Capital Gains Tax for the sale of a primary residence from 2 out of the last 5 yrs, to 5 out of the last 8yrs. This exemption phases out completely for incomes above $250/$500K How the current proposed tax plan will affect home ownership

How the current proposed tax plan will affect home ownership Eliminates the deduction for state and local income or sales tax Eliminates the Mortgage Interest Deduction for 2nd homes Eliminates the deduction for moving expenses Eliminates the deduction for personal casualty losses, such as from hurricanes, tornadoes, wildfires, etc. How the current proposed tax plan will affect home ownership
