Fixing Sentence Fragments Who vs. Whom

A Complete Sentence Has a subject (someone or something who is performing/ completing an action) Who is performing the action? Has a verb (an action) What is being done? Expresses a complete thought Does the sentence make sense?

A Sentence Fragment A sentence fragment does not do at least one of the following: Tell you who is performing the action Tell you what action is being performed Make sense
