CACFP and OVS The child and adult food program allows us to provide healthy meals and snacks. But we must make sure we are following the rules for a balanced, nutritious meal or snack.

CACFP and OVS How can we make sure we are following the rules and serving them a balances, nutritious meal? EASY!!!!! It’s called OVS-OFFER VERSUS SERVE We offer a food item from each group and they take 3 or more of these items!

CACFP and OVS Just offer a good balanced food selection to help go from sad and tired to happy and energetic! The full serving of each “group” will help do this! Here is what you need to know……….
