Brainstorming Programs at your library (go to https://goo.gl/Fwzd1a for the worksheet) What topics do I talk with patrons about most? Do I know anyone at who can present a program for free or for a small fee? How long do I want my program(s) to run for? Which times/days during the week are best for programs? What need will programs fulfill for the library? For patrons? For funding/administrative requirements?

Think out of the box! What will engage your community?

Share your ideas with a neighbor! (You have 5 minutes)

Overview Create a program supporting what you and your patrons are interested in/passionate about. Plan out an easy schedule of programs to begin with. Plan out your PR . Adjust, adjust, adjust!
