Submission of Request An email request for a CRN is sent to David Frankenstein david.j.frankenstein@lmco.com David assigns the request a CRN number and sends the document to the author The author writes the proposal and submits the document to David via email
Document Review David Frankenstein will upload the submitted CRN onto the SharePoint site initiating the workflow Each voting member will receive an email requesting: Tasks-Please approve CRN ###. The email will come with directions To complete this task, click the hyperlink: Review CRN ### The voter will click the hyperlink and be prompted to open the file, voter will open the file The document will open The voter will review the document

Voting Options The voter is provided two choices to vote on the CRN proposal but actually has three options available for vote: Approve: The voter has no issues with the proposal and agrees to proceed Request Change: The voter has some concerns with the proposal that requires changes Not Voting or N/A: This proposal has no effect on the voting party
