Key Parts of the State’s Plan Read 2 Succeed school team writes plan Based around our District and State plans Students must be able to read on-grade by third grade as of 2017-2018 school year; if not, then student can be retained Reading camps are for third graders who are not reading proficiently by the third nine weeks

CPE’s Systems of Academic Support for Students Parent involvement and communication are keys to student success. Universal screeners are used to help identify struggling learners. Professional Learning Communities (Data review and planning) FLEX time and in class interventions (specific or small group instruction) Read 180, System 44, and pull out interventions for reading and math Progress monitoring twice/month
