Involvement Opportunities FIELD TRIPS 3 field trips a year. Limited Chaperones – must complete MCPS required training No siblings permitted AFTERSCHOOL PARENT WORKSHOPS 2 planned events after school for parents and children to learn how to help your child at home. Barb and Lindsey

Mandatory Volunteer Training There is a 30-minute mandatory training (on the computer) about MCPS child abuse and neglect. This will be needed by everyone that wishes to regularly volunteer at the school or on field trips. If you have any questions or need more information, see the front office staff. Barb and Lindsey

How can you help your child at home? One last note…. Please label ALL of your child’s belongings (backpack, lunch box, sweaters, coats, hats, etc.) Please provide a complete extra set of clothes labeled with your child’s name in a Ziploc bag – these will stay at school.
