Student Success – Important Items Teachers Want Students…and You to Know Passport – Get in the habit of writing down homework assignments, due dates, test and quiz dates. Homework – Do it every night and turn it in Organization – Locker, backpack, binder(s), and homework folder(s); clean out at least once a week. Notes – Take good notes, keep them together and do not throw them away Review, Review, Review – Rewrite notes on flashcards and review notes daily Study – Immediately when test/quiz is announced; practice math problems Supplies - Bring the right materials to class; i.e., charged laptops, binders, homework, pencils and/or pens Study Location – Designate a time and place at home for homework Parent Signatures - Designate place to put papers for mom/dad signatures
