Functionality The system uses QR code which in short is a mechanism to encrypt data. Admin adds students to the database on a webform which is remotely hosted. Admin needs to provide credentials in order to access the webform. The webform is created on a platform called drupal for security reasons Drupal is a cms. An app is created which has a qr code reader. An event can be created either using an app or a webform. the app currently runs on android.

Operation Every student will be given an access card with qr code. A unique number is encrypted within the qr code. Operators need to login and select an event. The qr code on the access card is scanned to capture attendance The students will be rewarded after attending a number of events.
