Image Search

Access to Image Search in Reporting Select Image Search hyperlink at the top of the CQI Navigator application pane All Image Search functions are in one location. You can search for an image by VIN, Sales Codes or many other filters.

Selection of Search Type Drop down allows you to search by image VIN Default – search by image description Sales Code

Select Search Type : Default 1.) All Filters selected from the menu on the right will be applied to the results Default – search by image description 3.) Click Search for the image to appear 2.) Select the image you would like to view from the image dropdown

Select Search Type : VIN VIN- Search 3.) Click Search for the image to appear 2.) Enter the specific VIN you would like displayed All Filters selected from the menu on the right will be applied to the results 1.) Select an image from the dropdown

Select Search Type : Sales Code 3.) Click Search for the image to appear 1.) Sales Code- will update the right selection menu to the Sales Code Hierarchy 2.) Click through the Sales Code Hierarchy to define which codes you would like to include in your image results

Filter Menu Selections The red boxes are based on volume of clicks (i.e., Number of clicks in a cell / Maximum number of clicks in any cell for the selected image) The darker the red the greater volume of clicks. The Image dropdown: allows you to select the image you would like to view One image can be viewed/selected at a time The Filters menu allows you to select how you would like to view the click results One or many filters can be selected

Filter Menu Selections –Alignment of Filters Image and filter combinations must be compatible to show click data. If you select an image and filter combination where survey respondents did not provide any clicks, the image will appear blank (i.e., no red click boxes will appear). For example: If you select the ‘Chrysler 300 Top View’ from the Image dropdown, then select the “T - Toluca” Assembly Plant, the image will appear blank because there are no Chrysler 300s built at Toluca.

Smart Filtering The Brand selection will also automatically filter applicable the Vehicle Lines available. The Vehicle Line selection will automatically filter the Trim, Engine Type and Transmission Type filters to display only the applicable selections. The Brand selection will automatically filter the images available for the image filter

Image Click Results Select Image you would like to see from dropdown and select Search. The red boxes indicate where survey respondent’s click to display where their issue is occurring. The darker the red the more clicks in that area.

Image Click Results To view the number of clicks one red box represents and the click location on the grid, simply hover over the red box and a info box will appear.
