The Israel Consumer Council (ICC) The Israel Consumer Council – the largest consumer organization in Israel – was established in 1970 with the goal of protecting consumers and preserving their rights. In 2008, The Israel Consumer Council Law was enacted, ensuring our independence in fulfilling our only goal : consumers’ welfare.
