General Information ! Powhatan High School 1800 Jude’s Ferry Road Age Groupings Baby Doll 0-4 Tiny Tot 0-6 Juvenile 7-9 Pre-Teen 10-12 Junior 13-15 Senior 16+ College Double Entering Double Entering will be allowed for all events Modeling Will be in a Circle-T pattern, except for Baby Doll, which will be straight up & straight back, or Circle-T pattern if preferred. No interview. Time limits are specified in NBTA Rules. Best Appearing, all levels, will be done in costume Miss January Modeling, Novice & Beginner in costume. Advanced in Gown OR Costume. Miss Snow Queen 3-Part Modeling, Novice, Beginner & Intermediate in Costume. Advanced in Gown OR Costume. Facility Surcharge/Fee There will be no spectator charge at the door. However, a facility surcharge is to be paid with your entry. If there is more than one child in the family, only one surcharge will be assessed, but entries must be sent together. Family Plan A family with more than one sibling may pay half of the lowest entry amount. This applies to individual entries only, and must be mailed together. Housekeeping Parents are responsible for damage to the building or grounds. Property taken into the facility is done at your own risk. Directors, officials, and/or facility management are not responsible for loss, accidents or injury. Videotaping & Picture Taking No flash photography is to be used. You are not allowed to videotape any twirler but your own. Food & Drink The Royalettes will have a fully stock concession stand on hand for all your food & drink needs! If for any reason you child has health problems and should limit his or her activity, please let the directors know what is needed for your child prior to the contest.
