Introduction and Background Modern Health Issue Caused by globalization and advancement and many other reasons Saudi Arabia has one of the highest obesity rate worldwide

Definition Obesity is when someone is weighting more than the average BMI is an indication of how severe the obesity rate in a person

The Solution A national concern that needs to be addressed clearly to the public Health Campaigns need to be more focused Immersed Commercials on all related TV channels and radio stations stating the danger of obesity Restrict some restaurants to follow certain standards for their food

Reasons and factors associated: Failure in energy leads in most cases to weight gain and obesity. Energy balance means that the energy intake equals the energy emerging. Energy intake is the amount of energy or calories you get from food and drink, while the emerging energy is energy that the body uses for practices like breathing, digestion, and physical activity.

Associated Health Problems: There is a lot of health problems associated with obesity. Obesity is not just a cosmetic problem. It's a health risk. A person who suffers from a weight increase of 40% is more likely to die prematurely twice a person of normal weight

Life style change Nowadays obesity becomes a serious problem in Saudi Arabia, now there are several studies in united state reported that obesity is a lifestyle choice. However, there is no doubt that lifestyle is the main reason of overweight. This problem can be solved by changing lifestyle. Actually your body takes a long time to get weight and it will take a long time to lose weight you gain.
