Negative Informal Commands: Tells someone what NOT to do. Used with people you refer to as Tú. To form the negative (-) command of AR verbs: Drop the o from the yo form and add es. Add NO before the verb. Ex. (yo) fumo ¡no fumes! = Don’t smoke!
Make these into (-) commands: Don’t sing! Don’t dance! Don’t talk! Don’t play! ¡No cantes! ¡No bailes! ¡No hables! ¡No jueges!
Negative Informal Commands: To form the negative(-) command of ER/IR verbs: Drop the o from the yo form and add as. Add NO before the verb. Ex. (yo) duermo ¡No duermas! = Don’t sleep! *The irregular (-) verb commands are: Dar no des ser no seas Ir no vayas

Levántate or Cómelo Between No and the verb for negative (-) commands. Ex. No te levantes or No lo comas
